  My small dog was scared but groomed and bathed a month ago. My other small dog same breed, was not groomed and shaved once which left a wade of hair on him. He was moving around and I was told nothing could be done because it wasn't safe. He was not trying to bite or moving aggressively. My appointment was with one person but someone else took over. Do not go to Bobbie Jo or the lady who speaks broken English. I felt like they did not want to deal with my baby. How can he learn not to be scared when you don't want to even try. I was told he needed to be sedated by a vet to get groomed. SERIOUSLY Also, I stood outside the door on the phone and I kept getting stares as they were talking. I don't have proof but I am pretty sure they were talking about me. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place. Update: I took my dog to PetSmart in Glen Burnie and got him trimmed and bathed- Guess what he didn't have to be sedated - IMAGINE THAT!
